About the role
As a member of our Retail Tech Team, we are introducing a Retail Application Support role at our Copenhagen HQ. In this position, you will provide 2nd line support for the LS Retail POS solution, working closely with Retail Application Specialists and end-users.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide application support to our end-users onboard 17 vessels and 3 port shops as well as HQ users that are using LS retail.
You will get to work with following tasks:
- Manage incidents through to resolution, collaborating with other teams as needed and align through incident process where required
- Monitor retail system operation, performance and availability, and rectify any issues
- Perform standard configurations in our production system and applications supporting retail operations
- Provide functional and technical support to end-users
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance service levels
- Keep all internal documentation correct and up to date (knowledge base)

About you

- Previous experience as an application support analyst focused on retail solutions. LS Retail is preferred but not a must
- ITIL Practitioner or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills navigating a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, online and in writing
- Ability to plan, prioritize and perform under pressure to meet SLAs
- Willingness to travel
As part of our efforts to standardize support processes at DFDS, this position is a newly created role with the aim optimize how we conduct end-user support.
