Your New Team
You will be part of our in-house tax department which consists of nine professionals representing different skills and duties. We manage tax compliance and reporting, tax planning, M&A tax, transfer pricing, and support on VAT and duties.

Your New Role
As our new Senior Tax Compliance Specialist, you will join the tax compliance and reporting team and play a key role in driving the process improvement for tax control framework, tax reporting, and compliance in close cooperation with the Finance Department.

Areas of Responsibilities

  • Ensure and improve robust EE Group tax information deliveries to EE Group interim and annual financial report
  • Lead on the transformation of tax data into OneStream (a new Finance consolidation software tool in the process of being implemented)
  • Manage and prepare Danish tax calculations and returns and review tax returns in other jurisdictions
  • Drive the implementation of Country-by-Country Reporting and Pillar 2
  • Manage/assist with tax inquiries and tax audits in all jurisdictions in close collaboration with local finance colleagues
  • Assist with due diligence tax deliveries on divestments
  • Act as Team lead (manager) for tax compliance

Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job

  • You have a master’s degree in tax, accounting, economics, or similar
  • You have solid experience with managing tax reporting and compliance from the auditing industry and large B2B companies
  • You are skilled in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Having experience with Navision/Business Central and Hyperion/OneStream is beneficial but not a requirement
  • You are proficient in Danish and English
  • You are process-oriented and have an eye for details
  • You are self-motivated and eager to deliver results
