You’ll be part of QHSE Process Excellence (PEX) & Strategy team where you, together with your colleagues, will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our global management system. Our team, composed of 20 experts in QHSE and process optimization, works collaboratively across multiple geographic regions. We focus on process standardization and change management, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving business value.

You’ll play an important role in:
- managing and overseeing the department's business applications budget
- supervising a team of 20 FTEs across various locations Gentofte, Skærbæk, Warsaw, and Kuala Lumpur
- developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency
- creating and updating the strategy in QHSE
- ensuring compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements where applicable
- reporting on departmental performance and providing actionable insights to senior management.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have strong experience in managing business applications budgets and resources effectively
- possess excellent leadership skills with multiple years of experience in overseeing and managing a large team across multiple geographic regions
- demonstrate a solid understanding of organizational structures and are capable of navigating and optimizing them
- excel in strategic planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives
- exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
