So what is the role about? 👨👩👧👦
As a Sales Development Representative at Eletive, you’ll be an essential part of our growth journey, using a range of innovative tools—including AI and other tech solutions—to optimize lead generation and outreach. Joining our dynamic, international sales team based in Malmö, you’ll collaborate with a passionate group of around 15 sales professionals. Together, we’re making an impact in global markets, with a particular focus on the Dutch and Benelux regions. By identifying and qualifying leads, you'll help fuel our sales pipeline and drive business expansion. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Use innovative technology, including AI-driven tools, to identify and reach out to potential clients in our target markets.
- Prospect Qualification: Engage prospects, identify their needs, and determine if they’re a strong fit for our services.
- Cold Calls & Emails: Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to establish initial contact and drive engagement.
- Collaboration: Closely collaborate with our Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition for qualified leads, setting the stage for successful new sales processes.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, allowing you to adapt your approach and keep a competitive edge.
- Research & Creative Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research on prospects to tailor your outreach approach, enhancing discovery meetings and maximizing engagement. Continuously explore and fine-tune innovative lead generation strategies to stay ahead and expand our customer base.
- Data Management: Keep track of all interactions in Hubspot (our CRM), ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead information.
