Job Description:
In the Managed Pressure Services department, you’ll be at the forefront of engineering innovation. Your responsibilities will include designing and planning Managed Pressure Drilling wells. You’ll work on equipment selection, interfaces with rig and customer, and ensure that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan managed pressure drilling operations and continuous circulation projects
- Select and position equipment, and liaise with rig owners for seamless integration
- Engage in detailed planning, hydraulic modeling, and project preparations to ensure successful delivery
- Provide technical support during daily operations and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support technical sales as needed and collaborate with other departments for integrated service solutions
- Serve as the focal point between internal engineering teams and external clients, maintaining communication with sub-vendors as necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within Drilling and Wells, preferably in Managed Pressure Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, cooperative, and capable of using simulation tools effectively
