The position
We seek a Senior Communications Partner to lead our internal communications efforts and engage with our global workforce. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will ensure that our internal messages are consistent with business priorities and engage our colleagues globally. You will have the chance to develop and execute internal communication strategies supporting a dynamic and transformative business.
You will collaborate with senior business unit members on internal speaking engagements, town halls, and company-wide updates, and partner with leadership to set strategic direction and communicate key messages.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as advisor to senior management on communications issues and opportunities
- Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement and promote a unified culture across global teams
- Produce various communications, including leadership announcements, newsletters, town halls, and presentations
- Develop innovative ways to engage remote and international teams through internal digital tools
- Develop effectiveness reviews and analyses of internal communications, using metrics and feedback for continuous improvement and applying insights in daily routines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 7-10 years in internal communications, preferably from large international corporations
- Proven success in managing internal communication programs and collaborating with senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong understanding of corporate communications and change communications
- Experience with digital communication platforms and project management
- Ability to build relationships across functions in a global organization

You will be part of a dynamic, international environment in the newly established Corporate Communications and Executive Office area, which currently includes three colleagues and reports to the CEO of Bavarian Nordic.
