Join Our Team as an Order Delivery Project Manager at ABB Force Measurement, Västerås! Are you ready to take on a dynamic and impactful role? We are seeking a talented Order Delivery Project Manager to lead the execution of customer order projects with both technical and business complexity. As an Order Delivery Project Manager, you will: •Lead and execute customer order projects with precision, ensuring all activities align with technical specifications, milestones, and targets. •Enhance customer satisfaction by meeting requirements and providing exceptional service at every stage of the project. •Confidently navigate technical discussions, both internally and externally, showcasing your expertise. •Develop professionally and become an expert in our offerings and technology. Key Responsibilities: •Manage order delivery projects with an order value of 2-10 MSEK and lead time of 20-30 weeks. •Take overall responsibility for project execution, managing everything from general project is-sues to hands-on details with your project team. •Identify, analyze, and address project risks, regularly sharing lessons learned. •Proactively identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce lead times, and minimize waste. •Utilize and improve IS/IT tools for project management. •Live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while car-ng for your colleagues and the business.
Qualifications for the role
- Qualifications:
- A technical university degree, for example M.Sc. Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2-5 years of experience as a project manager or advanced skills from similar roles.
- A structured approach with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Independence and the ability to lead both yourself and others towards set goals.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, as you will be working in a global multicultural environment.
