• The Web Specialist is a key member of the EMEA web team, responsible for creating, designing,and maintaining Roland DG EMEA's websites. This role focuses on implementing changes, creatingnew content, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and bug fixing, ensuring the website deliversan exceptional user experience across multiple languages.
  
• The Web Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a high-quality, well-performing website for theEMEA region. Alongside the web team, they will drive the day-to-day operation, configuration, andoptimisation of Sitecore, ensuring that best practices in usability, accessibility, and UX are applied.
  
• By applying industry experience & specialized knowledge, the Web Specialist will contribute tobuilding a user-centric website that ensures seamless navigation, intuitive design, and an engagingcustomer journey. This person will ensure that all regional sites are kept up-to-date in terms ofcontent, pages, and UX enhancements.
  
• In addition to maintaining the website, the Web Specialist will actively participate in the futuredevelopment and design of the site, collaborating closely with the content team and the performancemarketing team to optimise the customer journey and achieve business goals.

Opgaver

• Develop high-performing, user-centric web assets that align with Roland DG EMEA’s brand and marketing objectives.
• Create, update, and maintain Roland DG EMEA’s websites across multiple languages, ensuring optimal user experience and site performance.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across the website, adhering to Roland DG EMEA’s brand guidelines for fonts, formatting, and image use.
• Execute testing strategies to enhance site quality, usability, and overall customer journey.
• Utilise SEO knowledge to identify optimisation opportunities and proactively implement changes to improve visibility and ranking.
• Stay current with industry trends and web best practices, particularly regarding UX and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues within the live web environment in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors, the EMEA IS team, and the Roland DGA team to ensure seamless integration and smooth web operations.

Profil

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with a professional CMS – preferably Sitecore.
• Extensive experience and proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices for web development.
• Ability to execute A/B testing and implement changes based on performance insights to improve user experience.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management skills, with the ability to work quickly and decisively.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and consistent web delivery.
• Experience working in an international B2B environment, ideally with multi-language websites.
• Knowledge of SEO with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements.
• Creative and innovative, with proven experience using creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Fluent in English.
