The position
As our new Equipment Responsible Engineer, you will be welcomed into a team of 9 within Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) and assume the role of equipment responsible on a filling line responsible for the filling of Hemophilia products. This will include handling deviations and implementing preventive measures while also leading improvement initiatives and optimization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Equipment responsible on filling line L1.
  • Validation/ Verification.
  • Deviation handling.
  • Conducting systematic problem-solving.
  • Contributing to process confirmation of skilled workers to enhance their knowledge of tolerances, fine adjustments, and other similar areas that drive optimal performance of filling lines.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment through continuous improvement initiatives and preventive measures.

Qualifications
Your experiences include:

  • Academic degree within mechanical engineering, marine engineer or another relevant technical background.
  • 3+ years’ experience working with GMP or working in a highly regulated environment such as the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, food industry, precision mechanics or aviation will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in validation and qualification of process equipment and deviation handling, also LEAN is advantageous.
  • Understanding how mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning and tolerances can influence our manufacturing flow and have an experience using these levers to improve performance.
  • Fluency in English and preferably intermediate Danish both written and spoken.

About the department
Biotech & Rare Disease Aseptic Production Gentofte (BRD AP GE) is responsible for filling Haemophilia products, hormone growth disorder products (hGH), and Glucagon. BRD AP GE consist of 7 departments and approximately 600 employees.
Aseptic Manufacturing Gentofte (AM GE HAC) is the department responsible for filling Haemophilia products. We are approximately 117 employees spread over 8 collaborating teams.
Our team is responsible for securing a stable filling line. You will be a part of a great team of people with individual competencies that work together to meet deadlines and team goals.
