Student worker with a strong interest in customer success management and a flair for administration

Then you might be just what we are looking for. We are developing and delivering subscription based, digital solutions that supports the reduction of emissions in the marine industry. It is crucial to us that our existing customers are kept satisfied and understand the value of our solutions. We are looking for a student worker that are ready to play and important role in supporting that.
Customer experience, sales and product management: You would primarily be supporting our Customer Experience Manager. Partly with ad hoc tasks and partly with fixed assignments were you are expected to work more independently. But you would also be working with other members of our team, e.g. our Sales Managers providing presales information and with our Product Manager, who is in charge of our promotion material.
You will play an important role in:
- Collect, structure and summarize customer interaction with our technical experts
- Monitor and follow up on bulk customer’s on-boarding on-process
- Customer communication at various touch points
- Administrate customer communication lists
- Optimize and administrate our sales promotion platform and material
- Upload and maintain data in our CRM system
- Deliver on ad hoc tasks from the world’s best team
We imagine that you:
- Will come with a fresh set of eyes and inspire to optimizations and improvements
- Have a couple of years left as a student within a higher education e.g. business management, marketing & communication or engineering
- Like to create structure, adhere to deadlines and follow up with stakeholders
- Are self-driven and like to work individually as well as in a team
- Have a high proficiency in the Microsoft Office package
- Are confident using visuals when communicating
- Are fluent in English
