Neurons is looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO, Dr. Thomas Zoëga Ramsøy. This role focuses on coordinating Thomas' thought leadership initiatives, client meetings, and evangelism projects, as well as driving internal engagement and communications.
This position offers significant growth potential, with the expectation of evolving into a full-time role as responsibilities and projects expand. Your key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate thought leadership activities, including talks, workshops, keynotes, and interviews that elevate Thomas' presence and promote Neurons.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer experience (CX), sales, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment and maximize impact.
- Support internal communication efforts, ensuring the team stays informed and engaged.
- Skilled in managing complex calendars for top executives, coordinating with global companies and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth scheduling across time zones.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the CEO's personal brand.
- Drive Thomas’ visibility through strategic PR initiatives, including book launches, managing publications, media appearances, interviews, keynote speeches, industry contributions, and high-profile meetings.
What we're looking for:
- A proactive and resourceful individual who can "kick doors in" to secure opportunities and drive success.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects with precision and efficiency.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective coordination across departments and external interactions.
- A minimum of 4 - 5 years of prior experience in similar roles, particularly in supporting thought leadership, events, or executive projects.
