Responsibilities
You will get the opportunity to be involved in a vast number of different tasks such as load simulations, analysis, programming, testing, documentation, and administrative support. As an example, you will be supporting the team with:
- Load simulations, testing and analysis of results
- Programming and writing documentation to various stakeholders, internally or externally, e.g. certifying bodies
- Handle the spectrum of obligations, from standard administrative functions to spontaneous activities
- Plan and call in for meetings and workshops
- Write notice and minutes of meeting
- Create power point presentations
Qualifications
You are in the process of obtaining a bachelor or masters degree in Wind Turbine or Mechanical Engineering, or similar. You have:
- Solid programming skills in Matlab and Phyton
- Experience within structural dynamics obtained through courses
- Some knowledge of HAWC2 would be benficial
- Some knowledge about control and aerodynamics
- Some wind turbine design knowledge
- Solid communication skills in English (written, verbal and presentation)
- Experience with high-paced cross-functional and cross-cultural teams is a benefit
