About the role
We are currently looking for a Junior IT Analyst to one of our client's. You will be part of a central team that owns the framework and collaborates with decentralized teams in various domains. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is focused around common roadmaps and increasing awareness. You will be employed as a consultant through Academic Work on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Work tasks
Support the Rollout of CTO Product Roadmaps:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
- Develop and distribute standardized guidelines and templates to streamline the roadmap creation process.
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of roadmaps across different teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the CTO and leadership team on potential areas for improvement in the roadmap development process.
Facilitate and Support Product Teams in Sessions Beyond General Execution Meetings (e.g., PI Planning):
- Act as a liaison between product teams and leadership, helping teams structure and prioritize their product backlogs based on strategic objectives.
- Organize and facilitate additional sessions, such as PI Planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and aligned with overall company goals.
- Track action items and decisions from these sessions, ensuring follow-up and accountability for execution.
Create Presentations for Executive Management on Progress and Frameworks:
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for the executive team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones within the product development process.
- Use data-driven insights to showcase the impact of product roadmaps on business outcomes and provide recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Ensure presentations are tailored to executive-level communication, focusing on strategic implications and high-level metrics that demonstrate progress.
- Develop frameworks to visualize complex information, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and align with long-term goals.
We are looking for
- Has at least one year of experience as an IT analyst.
- Has knowledge of delivery frameworks in IT, such as SAFe 6.0, and a good understanding of the different levels of roadmaps and their utilization.
- Is an expert in the Microsoft suite and a user of the Atlassian suite.
- Is fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Located in Copenhagen or close to the office in Taastrup.
