The position
As a Process Transformation Manager, you will drive and oversee the transformation of the processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. The Process Transformation Manager will be responsible for analysing the current process performance via established insights, identifying processes in need for transformational effort, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic changes to achieve operational excellence, in collaboration with digital product owners, process owner delegates.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for process transformation, aligning with organisational goals and objectives
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Lead and manage the implementation of process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges and develop solutions to streamline processes
• Provide guidance, training, and support to teams to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
• A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a focus on operations management, process improvement, or change management
• Ability to envision and develop a strategic roadmap for process transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process inefficiencies, interpret data, and develop effective solutions for process optimization
• Proficiency in change management principles and methodologies to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organisation
• Fluency in written and spoken English
About the department
In Process Transformation & Digitalisation, we collaborate across Global Trial Portfolio (GTP), Development and CMR to optimise our capabilities in trial planning and execution. We are responsible for enabling the ClinOps and Trial Portfolio CVP areas to continuously be industry-leading by leading and facilitating process transformation and digitalisation initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders within GTP and across Development and CMR.
