Sales Manager - Plan & Build 360° (Nordic)

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our P360° Plan & Build solution across the Nordic market. This solution is specifically designed to streamline the processing of building applications for municipalities, playing a vital role in public sector modernization.
In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for Plan & Build 360°, tailoring our value proposition and defining unique selling points for each Nordic market. About Public 360°
Our mission with Public 360° is to be the leading platform for public sector digitalization across the Nordics. Public 360° is a standardized solution that supports national archiving and case management standards, enabling efficient resident services and digitized case management. The platform’s automation capabilities allow customers to increase efficiency and quality, making Public 360° an essential tool for public sector transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand Plan & Build 360°: Spearhead the implementation and growth of our Plan & Build solution across Nordic markets.
- Develop Market Strategy: Create and execute tailored go-to-market strategies and sales plans for each country, positioning Public 360° as the preferred choice in public sector digitalization.
- Drive Sales and Customer Engagement: Lead and proactively manage sales cases, collaborating closely with customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Lead in Tenders and Bids: Provide essential support for Plan & Build 360° tenders, ensuring our solutions align with local requirements and meet the needs of municipalities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, marketing, and other Tietoevry units to align efforts and optimize results.
- Market Communication and Branding: Actively support marketing initiatives and contribute to positioning Public 360° as a market leader.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Success: A background in product sales, preferably with experience in selling to public sector clients.
- Public Sector Expertise: A strong understanding of the municipal building application process and related regulations.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to foster a positive team spirit and encourage collaboration toward shared goals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Natural team player with excellent communication skills, easily building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential, as this is our working language. Proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish is also an advantage
