To work in this exciting and varied organization, we are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for collaboration with our partners.

We are currently about 30 persons working at Auto Finance Oy, in Kamppi (Helsinki) who together form a fantastic team. We work with car financing through car dealers and car importers. We are known for being at the forefront of modern digital solutions, which is one of our main weapons in an industry with strong competition. Mobility Finance is part of DNB Finans with offices in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

You must thrive at a high pace and be able to work systematically with the many tasks the role has.

Specific tasks will include:

  • Develop and lead the collaboration with partners in both relational and on inventory and sales financing.
  • Responsible for building and developing a client team for key accounts. The client team is responsible for co-ordination of external activities with key accounts such as negotiations, sales, marketing, operations and follow up of dealer networks. The client team is also responsible for co-ordination of internal activities such as financial analysis and credit management, profitability analysis and follow up and that these activities are performed in a timely manner.
  • The responsibility for planning, arranging and carrying out co-operation between DNB and partners.
  • Responsibility for results for the collaboration with partners.
  • In collaboration with partners, further develop and maintain the dealer network.
  • Understand and manage relevant risk, including credit, compliance and operational risk.

About you
We believe that to be successful in this role you should possess a high degree of business acumen, seniority and integrity. Preferably the right candidate should have experience from both the automotive industry and from the financial sector.

You have good interpersonal and communication skills and can build, benefit from and maintain internal and external networks. A good candidate shows the desire and ability to be a team player and has a distinct ability to collaborate and share expertise. You are a driver of change and innovation, and you look to find process improvements and promote innovation where possible.

Preferably you have strong competence and experience from the Finnish car business as well as good business and commercial understanding and ability to run processes from "pitch" to "closing", both alone and in a team.

Your competency profile:

  • Relevant education, e.g. Master or Bachelor level degree (or other relevant degree) in Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience from Finnish car industry / car market.
  • Solid experience of demanding negotiations.
  • Experience of multicultural working environment and international co-operation.
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English – orally and written. Swedish is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and systematic way of working.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
