Plesner is growing dynamically. We are more people than we have ever been, and we continue to expand. To support this progress, we are strengthening our Communications team with a new colleague to drive our SoMe channels and employer branding activities.
As a communications consultant you will be involved in shaping Plesner's communications strategy and direction. You will be responsible for creating content across platforms – from SoMe and web to events and press. You will hold a central role on Plesner's Employer Branding committee, advising, and producing content that aligns with Plesner's strategic goals. Working closely with the Communications team lead, you will help develop platforms and formats based on annual cycles and our communications strategy.
You will mainly create content in Danish, so it is important that you write and speak fluent Danish.
Your key tasks:
- Create content from concept to final product and manage comments on SoMe.
- Produce visual content – such as photos, reels, and stories – tailored to the relevant target groups.
- Stay up to date with trends in employer branding and social media.
- Write concise targeted texts for various platforms, including website, brochures, and press releases.
- Identify great stories and adapt them to reach the right audiences on different channels.
- Coordinate and advise the Employer Branding committee.
- Contribute to the development of strategic communication in the Communications team.

About you
You are a creative content producer who can leverage synergies across platforms – from SoMe to events, press, and our career site. You excel at executing content, even when rapid delivery is required.
You thrive in a collaborative communications team, balancing team support with personal responsibility for your tasks.
You have good interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary organisation.
You have a relevant education and at least three years of employer branding and social media experience, with a proven track record of executing projects from concept through to planning and production.
