We are looking for an Assistant Merchandise Planner for our Commercial Planning team, who enjoys working cross-functionally and developing in a fast paced, transformational environment.
You will be working alongside the Merchandise Planners supporting the range review, range management and range analysis process and working with the Product and Forecasting & Ordering teams. In addition to this you will have Merchandise Planning responsibilities for a small category to enable you to develop your skills in this area.
You will become part of an international organisation, with a global perspective. Being based at our HQ office in the heart of Copenhagen, you will report directly to the Merchandising Director.
This is the job
- Updating weekly reports and trackers used by the Merchandise Planning Team
- Assesses weekly item product flow and management.
- Creating campaign review preparation analysis to support the development of campaigns.
- Take on role as Merchandise Planner for category/sub-category.
- Creation of monthly reports to update stakeholders on the product assortment.
- Review master data related to Merchandise Planning and work with cross functional teams to correct discrepancies.
- Support in the creation of campaign catalogue materials.
This is you
- A passion for products and a desire for a career in Merchandise Planning.
- Strong analytical and numeric abilities combined with strong attention to details.
- Ability to analyse and work with data.
- Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure key deadlines are achieved.
- Advanced Excel is a must.
- Capable to work with fluent English.
- Degree in related disciplines or educated in the field could be an advantage.
