Join our Solutions Engineering team to guide clients through mobile onboarding, leveraging your mobile development expertise to ensure seamless implementation experiences.
Your job: As an Implementation Engineer, you will be a key player in onboarding new clients, specifically focused on mobile implementations. You will lead mobile technical discussions, help clients integrate and implement our solutions, and ensure their mobile development runs smoothly from start to finish. You will also collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to bridge technical hurdles and feature requests.
You'll bring your expertise in mobile development to the table, especially your experience with Swift and Kotlin. Experience with React Native and Flutter is a plus but not required. Your role will focus on helping clients successfully launch their mobile solutions using our SaaS platform. You will also assist with technical enablement, troubleshooting, and on-going support.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new clients for mobile implementations, ensuring a smooth and effective setup
- Leading mobile-focused client workshops, enablement meetings, and troubleshooting sessions
- Acting as the mobile technical point of contact during post-sales implementation phases
- Assisting in the development of documentation and technical collateral for mobile implementations
- Assisting with technical processes as we scale up
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to provide feedback and improve mobile solutions
- Leading discussions on how our mobile solutions integrate with APIs and other customer systems
- Supporting customers in implementing mobile SDKs and ensuring their mobile apps align with our platform
Your profile: In this role, strong communication skills and technical expertise in mobile development are critical. We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading technical conversations and can effectively translate complex technical information for customers.
You should have:
- Proven experience in mobile development with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) - experience with React Native and Flutter is a plus
- An interest in shifting into a customer-facing role while leveraging your technical background
- The ability to guide customers through technical onboarding and troubleshoot mobile-specific issues
- Confidence in assisting with architecture and UX discussions around mobile solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with mobile SDKs, REST APIs, and integrations with SaaS platforms
- The ability to work in the morning hours (if based in US) or later hours (if based in Europe) to collaborate with colleagues and customers in other regions
