We are looking for a Process Supporter to join our team in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) at our filling factory in Bagsværd. Read on and apply today for a life-changing career!
The Position
As a Process Supporter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the washing and sterilization processes in our insulin production.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work closely with the team to ensure smooth production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Main tasks will include:
- Providing support to operators in the production area and systematically solving problems that arise during production.
- Optimizing workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
- Updating documents and providing related training to ensure compliance.
- Preparing operation reports and conducting continuous validations of equipment and processes.
- Be a part of the ongoing and coming projects in our area.
Our team is currently expanding, and we are looking for a few colleagues to join us, as we have openings for full-time employees and a parental leave cover.
Qualifications
The qualifications we value include having:
- A relevant technical or scientific master's degree as a chemical engineer, pharmaceutical engineer or similar field.
- Experience with GMP manufacturing and a good understanding of information technology, which is considered an advantage.
- Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills, that will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing costs.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Danish.
As a person, you are structured, quality-conscious and committed to the job, while managing to maintain an overview when working on several tasks in parallel.
Having a strong drive, willpower and a positive attitude to the challenges that working life can present is crucial in this role. We will welcome colleagues who are comfortable working both independently and in teams across the organisation.
About the Department
You will be part of Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM), which works with the production of various diabetes preparations. The department is called "Supply and Formulation" and consists of approximately 180 highly dedicated and professional employees. In our teams, we work closely together across disciplines to ultimately contribute to the production of products of the absolute best quality.
