Responsibilities 👇
As a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing commercial relationships with Benefit Partners in our Marketplace, with a focus on driving growth and increasing sales. This position is part of our new department, Partner Success Nordics, which is evolving into a results-driven, commercially focused unit. Our mission is to achieve growth by expanding our Marketplace alongside our partners, which include over 2,000 partners ranging from global E-commerce brands to local gyms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with both new and established partners within the Benify Marketplace to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
- Crafting tailored commercial strategies for each partner, using precise forecasting to achieve targets and optimize partner revenue.
- Actively seeking out and connecting with potential partners to expand your portfolio and bring new value to the Marketplace.
- Proactively exploring growth opportunities and introducing targeted marketing initiatives to boost both results and partner offerings.
- Developing innovative benefits solutions to add greater product value for partners, meeting their unique needs and goals.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, page views, and conversion rates, and making data-driven adjustments to elevate partner performance and reach set objectives.

Taking initiative comes naturally to you, and you proactively identify opportunities and challenges, confidently driving them to resolution with creativity and determination.
We also see that you have:
- At least 3 years of experience managing B2B Partnerships or working within B2B Sales, focusing on Digital Sales.
- Expertise in Account Management, Sales & Strategic Planning
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Danish, Swedish or Norwegian.
- A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent is considered a plus for this role.
