Your role and responsibilities
Details: • Period: January to June • Number of credits: 30 ECTS • 1-2 students • Location: On site ABB Smart Power in Västerås - ABB may cover accommodation Research questions: • Find best practice for project management and for project management governance – how to best decide and execute investment projects for optimal effect on revenues and profits Your responsibilities: • Literature studies on project management and project management governance • Specify a project management model based on findings • Specify a governance model as well as a decision model • Benchmark • Set up a project management suggestion and present to ABB Smart Power Management team
Qualifications for the role
- Students in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- Self-driven with analytic and structural skills
- Basic project management skills
