You will be responsible for shaping the department's strategic direction, ensuring optimal operations, and supporting the department's growth and development through strong relationships and collaboration across the organization.
A successful project often requires collaboration with other disciplines within Ramboll, and as Head of Department, you will play a key role in facilitating effective cooperation with colleagues across the organization.
You will join an engaged and dynamic leadership team that drives the development of this business area nationwide and values the exchange of views, experiences, and insights in the leadership role.
We offer you:

- The opportunity for personal and professional development as you will become part of an organization that actively works to challenge the status quo to contribute to sustainable development.
- The opportunity to bring your expertise into play in projects, in relation to, for example, bid and tender processes, project initiations and deadlines, project economics, and resource management.
- A commercial role where you drive business development with a focus on growth.
Who are you?

- Have a strategic mindset but also the ability to translate it into concrete initiatives.
- Are innovative and curious - you dare to challenge the conventional ways of working and are enthusiastic about finding better solutions.
