PinMeTo offers an online Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses get discovered, found, and verified on the biggest search, map, and social media platforms. We are now looking for a Customer Advisor to take our journey forward!
About the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer relationships and account management to play a key role in driving customer success and revenue growth.
As a Customer Advisor you are the primary link between PinMeTo and our large customer base, responsible for managing and growing the relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is a blend of relationship management, project coordination and cross sales, requiring excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills. The Customer Advisor collaborates closely with internal teams to enhance and refine the user experience of the platform - aligning with product development, business goals and revenue expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate, develop and maintain long term customer relationships
- Manage expectations and communicate both proactively and reactively to make sure customers get maximum value from PinMeTo
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services, products, or features that benefit the customer
- Identify the customer's objectives to to help them be most successful - both with the PinMeTo Platform and in their own business operations
We think that you have
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, marketing or sales
- Speak and write excellent professional Swedish and English
- Experience within the SaaS Industry is a plus
Preferred additional Qualifications:
- Speak additional languages, such as German

- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and make data-driven decisions
The team
You will join a team where everyone works together towards a shared goal where daily face-to-face collaboration at our office in Malmö (Adelgatan 9, close to the central station of Malmö) is the default way of working. We therefore see that you live in or close to Malmö to enable a good work-life balance. You will work closely with your colleagues that are located in both Gdansk, Helsinki and Malmö.
