This is your opportunity to use your knowledge and skills and customer service capabilities to help build a bigger audiology market for Interacoustics. We are seeking a qualified Audiologist to join our team as an Audiologist and Product Consultant. The full-time position based in Sydney will involve providing audiological, sales and service solutions to our clients, as well as provide business and market advice that promotes hearing and balance awareness to existing and next clients.
About the role:
- You will provide audiological and sales support to our clients that also encompasses service and disposables advice. This will be driven by your own clinical experience and knowledge.
- As your role will involve consulting with existing and new clients, there will be an expectation to travel nationally to facilitate meetings and demonstrations. Your travel will be dependent on your time management, prioritization and efficiency.
- You will have a focus on driving revenue for the sales business and maximise business potential for all segments of Interacoustics.
-Orginise and deliver product focussed seminars, educational events and conferences for all customers.
-Be a leading representative that promotes a team of hearing excellence to a wider market outside of audiology
About yourself:
-You will be an active team player working with an experienced sales and service team. You are expected to take accountability for your responsibilities and help grow the skillset of the team. The ability to work independently and with flexibility will also be highly desirable.
-Display high level customer service and communication skills that engage with people in an individual and group dynamic.
-Time management and orginizational skills are mandatory for this role
-You should have proficiency in operating PC software including MS Office, Teams, Skype for business and overall Windows OS. Proficiency in CRM software is also highly desirable.
-Display a lvel of critical thinking inclusive of problem solving and customer management
Qualifications:
-Qualified Audiologist is essential
-Eligibility for Full Membership of Audiology Australia (AudA) or the Australian College Audiology (ACAud)
-Experience in assessment across a broad range of the audiological diagnostic test battery
-Clinical experience in either fitting hearing aids, evoked potentials or balance assessment (desirable)
-Minimum of 5 yrs clinical experience (desirable)
