The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to take over sales management and revenue responsibility for the Central Inside Sales activities Nordics with a focus on small and micro customers.

You will be the liaison for the Inside Sales Team in Sofia, Bulgaria to steer the outsourced Inside Sales partner to ensure the continuous expansion of new and existing customer acquisition. You will be supporting the local strategy and the operational management of the external Inside Sales provider(s), including support for contract negotiations and roll-out of outsourced / nearshore inside sales concepts for your local market.

In your core supportive function, you will implement a harmonized and standardized Inside Sales approach and implement a homogeneous product- and service value proposition that fits with the sales strategy across Europe.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Steer and guide the inside sales representatives team
  • Coaching and setting up training for the Inside Sales Team members
  • Support in setting sales targets, track operational KPIs and monitor daily operations
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process and Sales Quality
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your Inside Sales Business Partner
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Coordinate employee life-cycle within IT Systems and Access Rights for Worldline IT Infrastructure

Who we are looking for

  • 2 years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
  • Hands on experience with CRM software (SalesForce or similar) and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team in a hybrid office setting with distributed team members
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
