What is the job about?
As our new Senior Finance Specialist, you will facilitate and coordinate finance related initiatives and projects. The projects will be related to the transformation journey with the new established Grundfos Water Treatment Europe organization. Moreover, you will:
- Ensure effective management and completion on international projects.
- Governance on the Project Portfolio emerged PMI responsibilities.
- Ensure deployment of Business Case & growth plan.
- Develop and Lead accurate reporting for defined roadmaps or any other globally initiated projects, engaging with project owners, specialists or other functions.
- Drive transparency & simplicity across the finance organization in all aspects concerning reporting activities/performance with high focus on digitalization.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- +3 years of experience with managing projects in a global company with multiple stakeholders around the world.
- Have good collaboration skills and is confident in making decisions without having all the details.
- Experience with deploying strategies and leading strategic initiatives within a complex business environment.
- High personal drive and positive attitude, with sound judgement and ability to balance risk and opportunities.
- Have experience with change management related tasks.
- Advanced English skills in both writing and speaking.
