The team you will be part of
SteelSeries represents one of the divisions in GN and is a global pioneer in premium software-enabled gaming gear. A global brand in headsets, keyboard, mice and other accessories for gamers, SteelSeries products are sold via distributors, retailers, and GN’s own webstores in 80+ countries across the world.

Your contribution is appreciated and the role entails a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- End-to-end responsible for the latest estimate process that highlights the expected quarterly outlook for the Gaming division including coordination of inputs across all commercial and other group stakeholders, consolidation of results, communication to executive management team including risk and opportunities and mitigating actions
- Key contributor to reporting process (both weekly and monthly) with a focus on insights and recommendations that enable transparent dialog with the executive management and informed decision making
- Support budgeting and forecasting processing from target setting to developing a clear story lining for management
- Developing standardized tools and models to support FP&A processes
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have
- Several years of experience within finance and data modelling. Experience with One Stream (is beneficial)
- Functional and cross-functional expertise: Deep understanding of Finance business processes and their integration within broader corporate processes
- Problem solving & structure optimization: Advanced ´real-life´ problem-solving skills resulting in ready to implement solutions, and structure freak
- Communication & presentation skills: Effective communication skills effectively across various levels of the organization and to present complex information clearly in a business language
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
