How to contribute to our vision
As our new intern, you will be a part of an international team in the Transformation and Change Management department, where teamplay matters.
You will be interacting with a lot of the team, who come from around the world. The communication will be in English.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Draft and edit internal newsletters, emails, and other communication materials.
- Support the organization and promotion of internal events and initiatives.
- Maintain and update the Procurement SharePoint and other communication platforms.
- Gather and analyze feedback from employees regarding internal communication efforts.
- Assist in the creative communication activities such as creation of visual content, including graphics and videos, for internal use.
- Support in any ad hoc communication tasks as needed.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Journalism, Marketing, Communications (or similar).
To be successful in this role, you need/are:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and the ability to interact with various stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to tell a compelling story - turning complex concepts into easily digestible, engaging messages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personality with problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experienced with MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
- Experience with tools like VISIO, Photoshop, and Video creation software is a plus
- Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office 2 times a week.
