We are now looking for a Senior Commercial Sales Manager to help driving our commercial success.
What will you do?
As our new Senior Commercial Sales Manager you will be driving the entire commercial sales cycle, from generating leads to finalizing contracts, and developing strategic negotiations to maximize contract value. Additionally, this role requires building and nurturing client relationships, managing subcontractor interactions, and driving the growth of the commercial team within our Sales department to achieve best-in-class results within the offshore wind industry.
Your main tasks include:
- Lead all commercial aspects from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Manage contract risk and collaborate with legal and contract management.
- Drive negotiations with global clients alongside Head of Sales and CSO.
- Engage with subcontractors for selection, follow-up, and negotiation.
- Report on commercial status and future project pipeline to senior management.
- Develop commercial strategies, negotiation tools, and processes to maximize contract value and efficiency.

We are looking for a business-focused profile, with strong analytical and decision-making skills, able to communicate effectively, and blend strategic, sales, finance, and interpersonal expertise to meet diverse business needs.
We think you will be a good match if you:
- Proven academic achievement (bachelor’s degree or higher); maritime or engineering qualification is a plus. Supplementary legal qualification is advantageous.
- Competent in Microsoft IT Packages, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of foundations T&I projects.
- At least eight years of industry experience in a commercially related role, with a track record in offshore wind or oil and gas sales/business development.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working in an international business environment.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
