About the role

We offer you the chance to become a part of Professional Hygiene, Region North as a Demand Planner. Our role is to translate commercial needs into accurate demand plans towards the production and supply organizations, in order to fulfil our customer’s needs. Demand Planning is a function within the Service Organization for Professional Hygiene.

What you will do

• Analyze statistical data to deliver an accurate 18 month horizon demand plan.
• Adjust the forecast to meet market demands for financial targets, strategic decisions and promotions.
• Performing a weekly gap analysis of the forecast to understand the main drivers for deviations.
• Help ensure an efficient supply chain execution supporting the delivery of key business targets.
• Secure communication and coordination with Customer Service, Marketing and the Sales organization to gain an understanding of specific market behaviors.
• Act as an interface to Production and Supply organizations.
• Lead/take part in local S&OP process and demand reviews together with Commercial teams according to the agreed S&OP guidelines.
• Secure excellent data handling by regular data updates and cleaning.
• Drive and secure an excellent Phase in / Phase out process to avoid leftovers and service level issues.
• Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement opportunities in relation to demand planning processes, systems and tools.

We expect you to be a self-directed person and take initiative to make things happen. You are a strong communicator who build and maintain strong business relationships with our different stakeholders. Furthermore, you need to be good at decision making and priority setting, as the job requires you to handle many different tasks at the same time. Key competences

• University degree in Business administration or similar
• Preferably 2-3 years’ work experience from Demand planning function
• Previous experience of SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage
• Knowledge of End to End supply chain is desirable
• Fluent English and at least one of the Regional languages, both written and verbal.
• Customer and Consumer focus
• Ability to use Excel as a tool for decision making in a various complex analysis

The position is based in one of Region North’s office locations. You will report to the Regional Demand Manager.
