Sales Director – Nordics, Baltics & Ukraine
Commercial responsibility for a strong brand with great potential
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Director who can lead and drive the commercial strategy and performance in the Nordics, Baltics, and Ukraine region.
This is a unique opportunity to drive the transformation of a traditional Danish company into a modern international market leader, uniting business, culture, and people, and elevating conventional approaches to global standards.
In short, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and execution.
- Drive a cultural change towards a more commercial and performance-driven approach.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans in alignment with strategic goals for market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Support the integration of the Unipak and Griffon brands, aligning business practices with Bolton Adhesives’ international standards.
- Drive integration efforts to capture synergies within the Bolton Adhesives Group.
Proven expertise in sales leadership
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a strong background in sales and marketing across both B2B and B2C settings. You should have team leadership and change leadership experience. Industry knowledge in building materials or similar technical fields would be a plus. While a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, commerce, economics, or a related field is preferred, equivalent experience is also highly regarded. Fluency in both Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential.
Important personal characteristics
You are an outgoing and relationship-oriented sales leader, capable of setting the direction, leading by example, and inspiring your team. Your commercial drive is evident both in guiding your team and in engaging with customers. Success is achieved through dynamic, energetic, and focused efforts.
You are prepared to travel and meet customers across the country, and your residence should be within a reasonable commuting distance from Galten, Denmark.
