- Chapter financials & growth:
- Manage the chapter budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Manage capacity based on validated portfolio needs, anticipating skills requirements, and enabling dynamic staffing solutions.
- Build a high-performance team by driving hiring initiatives, evaluating talent, and facilitating internal growth.

- Collaboration with the business units & Pod involvement:
- Act as a liaison between the Full-Stack Engineering Products Chapter and various Pods, ensuring alignment with overall product and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to Pods by partnering with Product Owners (Pod Leads) to implement and optimise workflows that integrate seamlessly with the Pods’ objectives.
- Taking the role as Product Owner (Pod Lead) for non-business-related Pods.
- Facilitate the adoption of engineering applications in the markets by supporting citizen developers in Pods and knowledge networks (Guilds).
- We are curious about other people and their motivations; about new business models and technologies; about each other and the future.
- We are optimistic, focusing on solutions rather than problems; we plan for success and are willing to take calculated risks instead of playing it safe.
- We are ambitious, setting our own standards higher than others’ expectations, and we celebrate each other's successes.
- We are empathetic, taking ourselves, others, and each other seriously without prejudgment, and we help each other and our clients, colleagues, and the world.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of leadership experience and managing of teams.
- Experience leading agile teams in software environments.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor developers at various levels of experience.
- Expertise in Agile methodology and fostering an Agile culture.
- Engagement and relationship-building skills with business units.
