About the Team and Department
The Payroll team at AGC Biologics consists of five dedicated professionals and operates within the Finance Department. The Finance Department ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective control systems. We strive to develop efficient financial processes that support decision-making and contribute to the company’s growth.
About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with the Finance team and the People & Culture department to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Your Primary Tasks Will Be
- Ensuring accurate and timely salary payments for all employees.
- Providing high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the monthly payroll process, including handling inquiries about salary, pension, taxes, vacation, and absence.
- Collaborating with the Finance team to support monthly closures.
- Performing quality controls in line with internal standards.
- Maintaining accurate setups in the Promark time registration system.
- Booking salaries in the ERP system.
Your Qualifications
- Solid experience with Danish payroll processes, including managing employees on shifts and under various local agreements.
- Proficiency in using Visma-Løn.
- Familiarity with Promark time registration is a plus, but we are open to candidates willing to learn.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- A systems-oriented mindset, with prior experience in time registration tools preferred.
- A service-minded attitude, comfortable handling payroll-related inquiries from stakeholders across the organization.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and improve processes.
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
- A structured and disciplined approach to work.
- Flexibility and a positive, service-oriented outlook.
