As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting key organizational processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel plans, including booking flights and accommodations and handling expense reports.
- Driving internal communication initiatives to ensure clear and effective messaging across the organization.
- Organizing and facilitating important events such as Town Hall meetings and senior management team (SMT) gatherings, board meetings, including preparing agendas and writing meeting summaries.
- Providing general administrative support, including managing correspondence, booking meeting rooms, and ensuring key tasks and processes are followed up on effectively.
- Acting as a collaboration partner between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and alignment on priorities.
This role offers a mix of routine responsibilities and the chance to contribute to broader organizational success through proactive problem-solving and effective coordination.
We are seeking a proactive and personable individual with a strong background in communication and organization. Ideally, you hold a degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least five years of experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting.
Fluency in English is essential, as it is our working language. If you also have Danish or Chinese language skills, that would be a plus but not a requirement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and similar tools is important, as these will be part of your daily work.
You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. A solution-oriented mindset and a positive, can-do attitude will help you thrive in this role.
