Job Description
Are you an experienced digital product designer ready to lead the design process in a highly collaborative, innovative environment? At the LEGO Group, we’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer to drive user-centered strategies and craft engaging, seamless experiences within our manufacturing and supply chain domains.
Please note this is a temporary position for 12 months.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Own the design strategy and process within a specific manufacturing and supply chain domain, championing a user-centered design approach.
- Creative Excellence: Create exceptional digital experiences with curiosity, playfulness, and a passion for design.
- Research & Exploration: Plan and conduct research to explore hypotheses, concepts, and features that elevate our products.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops with stakeholders and users to bring design ideas to life.
- Prototyping & Validation: Use storyboards, concepts, and prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas effectively.
- Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and quality within the design team.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to align on product strategies and priorities, ensuring clarity and shared direction.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with product management to deliver essential features and collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Feedback & Review: Engage in feedback sessions, presenting your work and providing constructive feedback on others' designs.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships across teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Do you have what it takes?
- Significant experience in digital product design.
- Brave and open to experimentation, with a willingness to try, learn, and iterate.
- Naturally curious, energetic, and positive.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and drive your projects forward.
- A strong team player with solid collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
- Able to solve complex problems through design, transforming abstract ideas into concrete digital solutions.
- Experience designing for non-consumer facing products.
- A portfolio showcasing your digital product design work.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in a large organization, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Scrum, Agile, or similar improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in various design tools, covering the entire design process.
- Experience working directly with software engineers, product managers, researchers, and end-users in a collaborative setting.
- A deep commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and delivering value to both the business and its users.
