Your tasks will be diverse and include:
- Handling incidents and service requests
- Installation of software and hardware
- User administration and IT onboarding for employees
- IT assistance for meetings (Zoom, Webex, and Teams)
- Phone support
- Documentation of knowledge and processes
- Participation in an evening support program
As our new colleague, we expect you to have experience with:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- IT-introduction and presentation for employees
- Windows 11
- Office 365 and SharePoint
- Networking
- Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD
- Communication in both Danish and English
We are looking for a person who is good at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
You are proactive, focused on quality in your work, interested in acquiring new knowledge, and eager for continuous development.
