Reporting to the Head of Quality, the ESG Manager will play a crucial role to drive development, implementation and managing ESG initiatives within our global organization. Including aligning business practices with sustainable principles, ensuring compliance, transparency, and positive social impact. Quality, ESG and sustainability are in charge of ensuring all Management systems are well defined and implement including ESG, CRSD, sustainability and supporting systems.
The typical duties include Audits, Improvements, Training, Education, Implementing, Project Management in relation to keep the organization on track reaching the strategical goals.
This position acts as a bridge between sustainability objectives and financial performance, driving value creation for both company and its stakeholders against the goal of Net-Zero 2038 as an integrated part of the business strategy.

- Maintain the above within the area of Quality and ESG
- Facilitate, document and Maintain Double Materiality Analysis
- Drive cross functional projects with Quality, Environmental and Sustainability including decision making processes.
- Survey regulatory requirements and keep AGRMKOW updated.
- Based on strategy, perform Data analysis, KPI evaluation and reporting incl. Governance and disclosure practices
- Support a culture for Quality and ESG integration and continuous improvements.
- Educate, Train and audit globally ensuring a uniform approach on Quality and ESG.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, sustainability management software, and ESG data platforms.
- Familiarity with ESG rating methodologies, benchmarking, and industry specific ESG issues.
- Understanding of financial analysis, materiality assessments, and integration of ESG factors into investment decisions.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple reporting initiatives, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify ESG risks and opportunities and develop appropriate strategies and solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability in ESG reporting.
- Collaborative mindset to work across departments and functions, fostering a culture of ESG integration and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks to continuously improve and evolve the organization's ESG reporting and disclosure practices.
- Provide guidance and support in embedding ESG considerations into decision-making processes, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.
- Ethical and values-driven approach, demonstrating a passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.
- Support Science Based Target KPI setting and monitoring progress.
- Education, Training, and audits globally to ensure a uniform approach on Quality and ESG.
You
- Have 2-5 years in the field of sustainability, business management, finance or related fields like energy, consulting, corporate social responsibility, environmental management.
- Experienced with: ESG, Sustainability, Lean or Quality.
- Process view (holistic)
- Continues improvements.
- Self-motivation
- Project Management with cross functional teams
- You must be proficient in English.
