We are seeking an experienced Development Team Manager to lead and inspire our talented team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of hybrid developers (both front-end & back-end), fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Drive Roadmaps: Ensure that agreed-upon roadmaps are delivered as planned and manage change for all new initiatives in collaboration with product owners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate a customer-centric approach within the development team, ensuring that all solutions are designed with the end-user in mind.
- MarTech Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate marketing technology (MarTech) solutions, enhancing the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
About you:
- Basic understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams.
- Strong interest in customer-centric areas, with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Experience managing and leading teams in an international environment, with a proven track record of developing and inspiring team members.
- Familiarity with MarTech tools and platforms, with the ability to support their integration into development projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
