The purpose of the Customer Success Operations Director is to revolutionize processes, systems, WithSecure data-driven strategies that enhance customer success team efficiency, ensuring seamless product adoption and expansion (upsell), customer satisfaction, and retention with positive impact on WithSecure NRR.

Key Responsibilities
•Leading the Data & Operations team

•Own, develop and analyze customer data to drive insights for health, retention and upsell opportunities through AI and ML.

•Streamline and scale customer success processes for efficiency and growth towards full automation.

•Manage CS tools and systems, ensuring accurate customer health tracking.

•Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the overall customer experience and NRR

•Implement reporting and metrics to forecast renewals and minimize churn.
