Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Branch Network Management & Monitoring: Lead our branches to achieve specific, measurable sales targets (e.g., 15% year-over-year sales growth).
- Strategic Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Market Segmentation: Analyze the market by industry/sector/product and tailor sales strategies for optimal results.
- Sales Monitoring & Optimization: Closely monitor sales performance by sector/region/branch. Develop and implement action plans to address deviations from targets.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Promote complementary products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver on-the-job training programs for new products and services.
- Inactive Business Activation: Collaborate with relevant teams to reactivate dormant accounts through targeted outreach and offers.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor actions and products and adjust strategies accordingly.
Who Are We Looking For:

In practice this means:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
- 4+ years of experience in sales and/or network management.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Organized, positive attitude, and team player.
- Experience in the payments industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of the acquiring business (preferred).
- Ability to travel (preferred).
