To be a successful part of our team, we imagine that you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years full-time work experience of which 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a related field is a requirement.
  • Experience working in larger corporations (preferably in the financial sector) is a plus.
  • You hold strong academic records from a relevant master’s degree in economics, business, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and execute projects with a high degree of attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating insights into clear, management-level language.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
