About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy & Operations, the Pricing & Packaging Lead plays a vital role packaging our product offerings, and ensuring they are priced for maximum commercial impact, optimising annual contract value (ACV), annual revenue per user (ARPU), and price per document. This requires close collaboration with Product Leadership and Product Managers, Product Marketing, Category Leads, Revenue Operations, Sales Leaders and the Commercial organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the pricing and packaging strategy for Templafy’s product portfolio.
- Collect, analyse and monitor business data to identify opportunities to optimize current pricing and packaging strategies and introduce pricing for new product releases.
- Lead collaborative activities regarding pricing and packaging across Templafy business units.
- Establish the right measurement metrics and process to monitor and drive the optimisation of package ACV, ARPU and volume.
What We´re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, expertise in packaging and pricing, and a previous experience with accelerating growth. To excel in this role, you should have:
- 8+ years in SaaS or commercial growth consulting, specifically in roles related to product, pricing, packaging and monetization.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing packaging, pricing and monetization strategies, with a focus on optimizing price and packaging design.
- Strong quantitative research skills and experience in competitive analysis and financial modelling, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- A data-driven mindset with a proven history of using quantitative insights to inform strategic decisions and deliver measurable results.
