Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, content architecture, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives
- Effective project management and organizational skills
- Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally and within a global matrix
- Strong initiative and creativity
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage digital workflows throughout the content lifecycle, from content planning, creation, development, publishing, valuation, and maintenance.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $103,200.00 - $193,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Content Strategist
Job Description
As a Digital Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and ensuring that content aligns with business goals and is effectively delivered across various platforms and devices.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Support: Support business stakeholders in creating content that is targeted to customer needs and interests as part of a consistent, connected content experience.
- Content Structure Design: Define the structure and organization of digital content, ensuring it is scalable and adaptable.
- Develop and Implement Content Strategies: Create comprehensive content plans and solutions that align with marketing targets and company objectives.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of online content, enhancing user experience.
- Content Governance: ensuring consistency and quality.
- Content Optimization: Evaluate existing content and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance user experience and engagement and effective content delivery. Leverage Search Engine Optimization expertise and platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, writers, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and engaging content.
- Performance Analysis: Use tracking and analysis systems to gain insights for content optimization and to guide content strategy.
