Executive - DBA
- Manage and Administer high availability and stand-alone SQL Server databases.
- Shift based working with 24 * 7 support.
- Monitor the performance of the database and ensure optimum performance.
- Identify potential issues in the database to solve them proactively.
- Maintain backups and perform disaster recovery in case a disaster destroys the database.
- Monitor security and prevent any unauthorized access to the databases.
- Schedule consistent maintenance on the server
- Manage high database availability for production servers
- Develop automation scripts , install 3rd party software to maintain and monitor databases.
- Manage user access and permissions , roles by adding and removing users as required.
- Create and maintain documentation for databases - SOPs, Policies and Controls.
