The Manufacturing Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for process and quality monitoring of different automated or semi-automated production processes. This position is a part of the Solution Plant located in Brønshøj and is an on-site position. You will be a part of the ABL90 Solution Pack team consisting of a manager, another engineer, 2 technicians and 20 operators. You will report to the Value Stream manager, responsible for manufacturing of Solution Packs. Here you will support and ensure an efficient and reliable production in close cooperation with the plant’s other engineers, technicians and operators. The Solution Plant produces important accessories for our blood gas analysis devices, to maintain the high quality of measurements, calibration as well as rinsing.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Take ownership of product manufacturing processes and lead process optimization and project execution, via systematic problem solving
- Lead Engineering Change Orders and Nonconformity processes
- Participation in LEAN activities and Kaizen events
The qualifications we value include:
- An academic degree (bachelor or master) within a technical field, and general understanding of mechanical structures
- Tech-savvy and an understanding of software and database systems
- Fluent Danish and English language skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and validation
- Label application machines as well as barcode readers and software
