Strategy Development Analyst
Base in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Hybrid)

This is what your typical day looks like:

• Support the development of strategic directions to drive the GLS growth ambitions
• Analyse and evaluate critical business decisions and support the development and implementation of GLS’ strategic initiatives
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of markets and trends through reading reports, market research, data manipulation, and financial modelling and analysis
• Develop comprehensive industry, competitor, and trend analysis to allow effective strategic decision-making and implementation
• Identify new growth areas to invest in and translate them into growth opportunities
• Develop competitor profiles and battle cards and define a strategic response together with your strategic development team members
• Support various strategic projects across the organization

You check these boxes:

• 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting and or in a project management environment
• At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• A good understanding of how to get things done in a large, matrixed organization
• The ability to quickly combine creative and pragmatic use of insight and data with attention to detail and to a high standard of quality
• The ability to identify important key messages quickly and present them concisely
• Engaging in networking and communication skills with a proactive hands-on mentality
• Ambition to grow into a senior strategy role in an international growing company
• Systematic thinker with data-driven mindset
• Fluency in English
