We are looking for a candidate who also can align complex digital projects across the business with strategic business objectives.
Your position
In your new position as Senior Project Manager it requires a leader capable of driving successful merger-integration initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
The position is full-time, and your place of work can either be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or our office in Copenhagen. You can expect to travel 20-30 days per year.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible and leading the end-to-end project management of an IT projects (merging 2 companies), including planning, execution, and post-integration stabilization.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage technical integration projects by defining scope, aligning objectives and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Drive technical project execution, coordinating with Digital & IT and Renewables to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Acting as a strategic and digital business partner to ensure connection and understanding between Digital & IT and Renewables.
- Lead change initiatives, enable minimal disruption and successful adoption of new systems, digital initiatives and processes.
- Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance standards, and provide regular performance updates to our stakeholders.
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager who is passionate about driving complex technical integration projects, particularly in the context of M&A. And have a proactive and structured approach to your work, with a strong ability to align digital initiatives.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Proven experience managing large-scale, M&A and cross-functional projects in international environments, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in M&A integration processes, serving as a key player in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Scrum Agile, Waterfall), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector is an advantage, but not required.
