Drive the execution of Vivino's key critical initiatives through structured processes, intelligent and pragmatic tracking, and impact measurement
As Global Business Performance Manager, you will own the definition, tracking & communication of Vivino's OKRs & KPIs to drive business performance.
Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and reporting to our VP of Finance & Performance Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Vivino's business strategies and facilitating critical decision-making processes. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, the Business Intelligence (BI), and the Finance team to align financial and operational targets across our business lines and functions. Your insights and recommendations will drive Vivino's overall performance, helping us meet our targets and deliver exceptional value.
Furthermore, some key responsibilities in this position will include the following:
- Business Insight & Decision Support: Develop a deep understanding of Vivino's business operations, leveraging insights to make informed, actionable recommendations that enable Vivino to achieve its goals and drive value creation.
- Process and Initiative Management: Establish structured processes and clear communication plans to prioritize and monitor initiatives across all business functions, ensuring alignment and accountability for critical deliverables.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, BI, and other departments to foster alignment on both financial and operational goals, enabling cohesive strategies that support Vivino's objectives.
- Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance performance management processes and systems, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement across business operations.
Business partnering mentality and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving business performance by expertly evaluating complex problems and identifying root causes to develop impactful solutions. Your keen investigative skills allow you to dive deep into issues, gather critical insights, and navigate challenges with precision. You excel at building strong relationships across diverse teams and regions, fostering collaboration and trust to drive alignment on business goals. Organized and methodical, you structure tasks, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and strategically. Your adaptability allows you to remain effective in a fast-changing global environment, enabling you to deliver meaningful results that contribute to our overall success.

- Experience with Performance Management and BI
- Preferably, strategy consulting experience that enables the ability to create frameworks and models to understand strategic priorities and communicate them effectively to senior audiences
- Proficient in English - both written and verbal
- Familiarity with digital business models (e.g., marketplaces, eCommerce, consumer technology) and key growth drivers
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organization
