Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering with business users to obtain a good understanding of their needs, translate the requirements into clear functional specifications
- Design business processes and leverage on the knowledge of payment systems
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services so as to propose solutions that can effectively address customer business needs.
- Collaborate with product owners and the development team to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of functional specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans and prepare test reports
- Assist in end-to-end requirements traceability from design to delivery
- Prepare and conduct end-user training program
- Create and maintain internal documentation or reference materials on company shared space for team usage
- Assist in the creation of presales or client presentation materials
What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or IT related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial/IT industry
- Excellent knowledge of payment system and is familiar with credit card business process or core banking systems
- Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis, project management, and collaboration (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Interest in payment business, payment technology and software development as well as high levels of self-motivation
- Good English and Chinese reading/writing skills
